Click Time URL Protection

Hi Team,

Can Clicktime URL protection  work on qurentine email contaiing the links. ??

If one of email got qurentine containg the URL & i released that mail using end user qurentine. so after realising that mail i clicked on the URL in mail body in such case is Clicktime protecion work or how it is ???
