IP blocked / Low reputation

I need a solution

Good morning,

during this summer we have changed the IP address of our mail server (mail.ancot.it / IP: 51.38.245.71).

The server manages the mail of the A.N.CO.T. (National Association of Tax Consultants) (one hundred of email’s users).

I state that with the old IP address (147.135.207.180) we have never had any problems with Symantec services.

We purchased the new IP from our ISP (OVH) and I fear, given that it now happens with some frequency, that the new IP has already been used by some other peoples.

The IP in question (51.38.245.71) is not present on any other public blacklist;

our server is not an open relay (we implement SSL and TLS with Let's Encrypt certificates, with authentication);

the server implements both DNS and SPF records, as well as DMARC and DKIM;

we are registered with the Microsoft Smart Network Data Service partner program without any negative reporting;

we are registered with Google's postmaster services;

ONLY send emails compatible with IETF standards;

in our newsletters (sent only to our customers) we implement all the procedures for the cancellation of the registration;

the reverse and the PTR field are correctly set;

SENDER SCORE | RETURN PATH gives us a reliability result of 98%

our IP is not present in any Return Path-hosted blocklist

Therefore we ask for the release / cancellation of our IP from your lists or, alternatively, we would like to know the reason for which, after having repeatedly requested the verification of the reputation through the service that, kindly, you have made available (https: // ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/) we still appear to be present in your lists with a "bad" reputation.

Thank you very much for helping.

With regard,

The technician in charge

Ing. Marco Pennese
