Our company mail server, mail.altilink.com (149.202.244.16), and also used to send emails for our other company Airmont, is being flagged to have a low reputation by your email security services, making it impossible for our two companies to send emails to other parties who use your email security services.
I went through the IP removal form, and managed to get it removed but it eventually comes back within a day or two. I have repeated this process 3 or 4 times now, and it keeps coming back.
This server is not a shared infrastructure, it is dedicated to our companies emails and we are not involved in any spamming or mass mailing activities. The server has been checked and is not compromised, it is not open relay, and we have proper SPF records setup. We do not do DKIM, but our DMARC policy advertises that properly.
Can you please check your records and indicate what makes this IP being blacklisted over and over again by your system ?
