Emails blocked "553-Message filtered", But I Cannot Figure out Why

I need a solution

Hello,

I saw people had similar issues, so I bring mine.  Several people in my company using the domain findout.com are unable to send email to various customers using Symantec.Cloud Email solution.

I went to the troubleshooting page, trying to figure out what is happenning:

1. Spam list are clear.

2-6. Our service provider seems to have well configured network and servers.

7. All clear, as far as I know

8. Clear also, we send only direct, personalised and solicited email.

Our domain was missing SPF & DKIM records, they were added a few weeks ago, but the issue still persist.

We sent an email to the cloudfeedback email on October 22th, at 4:43pm CEST, but we didn't received any answer, and email is still rejected.

I'm out of clue, any help would be appreciated.
