blocked IP - 501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7] 17903

Dear Sirs and Madams,

We have checked our IP on http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/

and got answer as following

But we are still blocked and getting error "501 Connect Rejected by Policy [7.7]"
