False Positive: Someone tried to send you a potential virus or unauthorized code

I need a solution

Hello, we are sending ZIP attachment with PDF files to our clients. Some of them get warning messages like below with incoming emails blocked:

Email quarantined on mail server server-10.tower-426.messagelabs.com (Pen ID 20676_1532497563)
