I need a solution

Good Morning,

I have a hosting company that provides corporate emails.

I am have hired a block of 16Ips:

167.114.13.112/28

Being 2 of them, used on two email servers made available to my clients and for internal use in my company:

167.114.13.117

167.114.13.121

I've been able to clear these IPs from hundreds of known blacklists, I've got maximum score on the top tools that evaluate email

Except in the Symantec list

I also prohibit my clients from sending E-mail Marketing

However all IP addresses of the block are listed in the symantec list

Would you like to know what I need to do to remove from the list?

I receive the following message in all the emails that I try to send:

Talk to me: 554 5.7.1 You are not allowed to connect / You are not

Authorized to connect - Global bad Senders.
